My name is Holly, I am massage therapist based in High Salvington, Worthing, West Sussex. I offer Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Reiki.

My treatments centre around relaxation, slowing down and energy transformation to support your wellbeing. Clients come to me for an unrushed experience to be heard, relieve tension and take time out for themselves. I adapt all massages to each client focusing on their personal aims. Free consultation before each treatment with optional informal chat to identify sources of discomfort or tension in which to structure the session around.

Swedish Massage is a flowing massage using lighter movements to help you relax and encourage a lasting sense of calm.

Deep Tissue Massage uses slower, firmer techniques to work into areas of built-up tension and tightness, helping the body feel looser and more settled afterwards.

Aromatherapy

Gentle essential oil blends created to calm your senses and uplift your spirit. Used in massage or combined with another treatment. Blends also available for purchase seperately.

Reiki and reflexology sessions that balance energy and promote wellbeing.
