MY PURPOSE

My goal is to help you achieve peace in mind, body & spirit through a variety of holistic therapies including Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy & Reflexology. I craft bespoke treatments, working with you to achieve your aims.


Benefits of these holistic treatments include improved sleep quality, improved circulation, stimulation of lymphatic system (clearing toxins), energy balancing, tension relief, increased flexibility & lowered stress. 


Massage works best as a preventative treatment as part of your self care routine. Ask me about package deals.
